Well held on first two starts this year, but has stepped up lately, and better than ever when winning by 2L from Sheisdiesel in a C&D handicap last time. Did have the run of things there, so probably needs more if he's to follow up.
Been globetrotting, which means the odd poor run can be overlooked, but impressive when winning sponsored handicap at Galway in July after a break, and every chance he will be ready to run for his life again despite an absence since November.
Smart performer on balance of form, but his only career win to date came in maiden company, and often comes up marginally short at Listed/Group level. Not beaten far in the Group 2 Mooresbridge Stakes last time, and should be on the premises again.
Won a Group 3 at the end of last season at Leopardstown but that form hasn't worked out well and he's been well below that level this year. This is easier than the Irish 2000 Guineas he contested last time, though, so could be revived.
Maiden winner who ran his best race when placed in G3 Killavullan Stakes at Leopardstown in October. Only ninth in Irish 2000 Guineas here last time, but should improve, and longer trip a positive on pedigree.
Best effort in maidens when winning by 2½ lengths from Romantic Proposal over 1m at Naas last time. Will progress further, although this represents a significant step up in class.

Old Glory (15/8), The King (15/8), Riven Light (11/2), Guaranteed (7/1), Insignia Of Rank (10/1), Leroy Leroy (12/1), Pacific Ocean (14/1)
The King is the one to beat, but the fact that he only has a maiden win to his name tempers confidence, and he isn't one to take a short price about. RIVEN LIGHT may offer better value, and although he's without a recent run, he won impressively after an absence at the Galway Festival last year. Old Glory had a stiff task last time, and is bred to improve at this trip, so is also worthy of consideration.
