Verdict

Recent Gowran Park winner, FIT FOR FUNCTION was the winner over C&D of this contest 12 months ago off a similar mark and can land a double here at the expense of Honor Oak who kept on well under pressure to win at Sligo last month. The Mick Halford-trained, Arcanears and Sors for the Slattery yard, both deserve a change in fortune following a number of creditable runs.
