Quick reappearance after winning well at Ayr on Wednesday (claimer on board here); Back on his favoured easy surface but perhaps not at his ideal trip. Struggled over course and distance in April (first run of the season).

Consistent sort; put up one of his best efforts for a long while last time out at Beverley. Should go close if running up to that form.

In and out performer; on a going day he is capable of running a big race but questions mark about his fitness first time out for the season. Has run well at this track before but needs to improve off his current mark to get serious.

Lightly raced; His Thirsk win two weeks ago on his turf debut looks the form choice in this contest He shaped as though this near extra furlong will suit. May prove very hard to beat if improving again.

Consistent type; lightly raced last season. Slowly falling to a mark he would be capable of winning from but maybe best watched here on his seasonal reappearance.

Goes well fresh; last win came in a decent handicap at Ayr in June 2018. Lost his way a bit since then but a capable performer on his day and unwise to leave out of calculations.

Capable on his day but needs to put two below par recent performances behind him. Ran well over course and distance trying to follow up his Pontefract in April. Market may be best guide.
