Wolverhampton third two starts back reads quite well in this company although slightly lesser efforts since. Maiden of 10 but not ruled out in this modest affair.
Lone win on debut but now at 17 starts he doesn't seem to be getting a great deal closer to adding to that. Not ruled out altogether on best form but plenty of risks attached.
Over three years since last win and latest 12th of 13 here hardly inspires confidence that will change today.
6f course winner in January and second here over C&D and at Kempton back at 6f confirms her to be in excellent form. Negatives few and far between here and chance looks very obvious.
Returning from a break when finishing last of 12 over 6f at Wolverhampton a month ago. Worth a check in the market off a mark 1lb higher than for his most recent victory.
Improved run of form until winning first ever race at Chelmsford latest and he won very impressively too by 3¼L. Up 7lb now so things get tougher here but latest run sufficient to think he can go close nevertheless.
February C&D winner finished third and fourth since, the latest behind Rock Society. 8lb better off with that rival for a 4¾L defeat so surely gets a good deal closer this time.
18-race maiden returned from 283 days off and a wind-operation with a performance close to his best at Musselburgh when fourth. If he comes on for that he could make the frame although draw must be a negative.
Career record of 1-38 and that win now almost four years ago. Hardly compelling overall then so others make more appeal despite him running pretty well of late.
After a rather non-descript 2018 campaign the mare ran two solid races here in March and April finishing second and third respectively over 6f and 6f. Handicap slides further after midfield run since at Kempton so again she has place claims.
Handicap debut at Southwell followed on from three modest novice starts as she was a never involved seventh of 11. Not seen enough to recommend.
Lone run last year was pretty woeful and this long standing maiden has a whole host of question marks next to her name now.
Inconsistent 17-race maiden well beaten in two previous visits here and was almost tailed off at Southwell when last seen in December.
Well held in all starts and showing no signs of any improvement. Easy to dismiss after reappearance ninth of 12 at Nottingham.

Rock In Society (7/4), Magicinthemaking (9/2), Haader (7/1), Red Cossack (8/1), Tarseekh (8/1), N Over J (12/1), Showdance Kid (12/1), Erastus (14/1), My Girl Maisie (16/1), Breathoffreshair (20/1), Footstepsintherain (20/1), Sunbright (25/1), Quick Monet (33/1), Lady Gwhinnyvere (40/1), Tilsworth Prisca (50/1)
In form MAGICINTHEMAKING looks the most obvious solution to a tricky getting-out puzzle with her narrow defeat further evidence she should follow up her recent course win. Rock In Society hacked up over C&D latest and a 7lb rise from the handicapper may not be enough to slow his apparent progress. Behind Rock In Society latest but now 8lb better off, Tarseekh is also respected.
- Magicinthemaking
- Rock In Society
- Tarseekh
