In good form last summer-autumn and gained first win over 2m5½f at Fontwell. Ran well enough next off a 3lb higher mark than this before struggling. Not an impossible task on reappearance from six month break.
n excellent form during the spring of 2018, recording back-to-back Hexham wins but pulled up in three starts last winter and little better when tailed off on return at Hexham. Mark fallen to be within range but hard to be confident.
Flattered when second to an easy winner over fences and tailed off over hurdles on last two completed starts. Prone to a major error and lost his rider early last time.
18-race rules maiden (1-4 in PTP's); rated 7lb lower than when finishing a staying on ¾L second to Mister Maker at Taunton (2m5½f, good) in November; ideally suited by a sound surface; shouldn't be dismissed in a very weak race.
Has some decent efforts at this track (placed four times in seven starts). Ran well again here latest when second despite being out of the handicap so much better treated today and everything points to a bold bid.
Good second two starts back at Leicester proved another false dawn as he struggled subsequently at Fontwell. Over two years now since his last win and on balance he's best swerved.
Won well at Fontwell last May but failed to build on that and form tailed off leading him to starting out here off an 8lb lower mark. Well handicapped then if back on song but pulled-up in first start of every season he's raced.
Ended a long losing sequence when making most of the running to score decisively at Huntingdon in March. Tailed off there next however and pulled up since so reasons enough to be cautious.
Won 2-3 over fences, his most recent win coming in November 2015 and hasn't done anything too spectacular since then with a remote fourth here latest about average. Races from 3lb out of the handicap.
