Dawn Approach colt, dam a Group 3 winner and won over 7f as a juvenile. Off the mark at the third time of asking landing a Cork maiden over an extended 1m beating 16 rivals 2½L. Step up in trip likely to bring more improvement.
Colt by Charm Spirit out of a Diesis mare. Cost 210,000gns as a yearling. Sole win in five starts came on the AW at Dundalk over 7f. Showed plenty of promise on second turf start behind I Am Superman at Naas last month. Holds leading claims.
Son of Kendargent and a first foal who cost £65,000 as a yearling. Won on debut last month at odds of 25/1 in a Cork maiden over a similar trip. A repeat of that effort would herald another bold bid.
Colt by Elusive City out of a Danehill Dancer mare. Won in France over 7f when last seen in June last year. Possible best watched on Irish debut unless market suggests otherwise.
Colt by Power out of a Diamond Green mare. Nothing of note in three dismal efforts to date including on seasonal turf debut last month at Naas beaten 44L. Good chance handicaps will suit on the back of this.
GEORGEVILLE and Jupiter Road could have a couple of these in trouble by half way in the opening contest. The Dermot Weld-trained colt, winner last time out and stepping up in trip here, can get the better of his closest rival, with shock Cork winner, Nickjack Cave picking up prize money in behind.
