Easy winner of a C&D handicap chase on good ground early last month. Raised 7lb for that victory and is one for the shortlist on this occasion.
C&D winner put a non-completion behind him when finishing 15L third over an extended 2m at Newbury (good-to-soft) in early March. Refused to race on his penultimate start.
Fair third in a C&D handicap chase on good going last month. Racing from well out of the handicap and looks up against it in this contest.
