Comfortable 4L winner of a 6f fillies' novice stakes at Haydock (heavy) last autumn; beaten less than 2L (fifth to Probability) on handicap debut at Kempton (6f) in March.
Wolverhampton novice winner (5f); weak at the finish when upped in trip for handicap debut at Lingfield (6f, standard) - beaten 2¼L by Alnasherat; effectiveness to prove on grass.
6L runner up on final start for Charlie Appleby at Lingfield (6f) in November 2018; joined this trainer for 34,000gns in February 2019; also declared at Chelmsford on Thursday (5.30pm).
Has plenty of experience (13 career starts); in good form of late with a couple of second placed finishes, beaten a neck by Dark Shadow at Bath (5½f, good to firm) last week - Champion Brogie third; due a rise in the weights.
Gradually lost his way as a juvenile after making a pleasing start for Charlie Appleby; sold for 20,000gns in February 2019; low mileage, and ran well on debut for Tony Carroll (closely matched with Welcoming).
125,000gns yearling; justified favouritism when taking a Yarmouth novice (6f, good to soft) by a comfortable ¾L in October 2018; valid excuse on AW return (slowly away); can fare better now making handicap debut.
Sprung a 25/1 surprise when winning a backend Newbury maiden (6f, good to soft); will relish the recent rain and should appreciate dropping back in trip from Lingfield; has previous form with today's rival Tinto.
Consistent filly; made a winning seasonal reappearance when beating the 8/13f Fen Breeze by a neck in a Chelmsford novice (6f) 39-days ago; faces a sterner test on handicap debut.
1-16, with that win coming in a deep ground French claimer (6f); met trouble in running when finishing a keeping on 2½L third to Dark Shadow (today's rival Tinto second) at Bath (5½f) last week.
6lb higher than when showing a determined attitude to down the Saeed Bin Suroor-trained Open Sea in a 7f Kempton nursery in November 2018; this race looks to be more competitive.

A race which should generate plenty of future winners so have your notebooks at the ready. In terms of today's contest the most obvious candidate is the top-weight SWINDLER who showed a good level of juvenile form, including when narrowly beaten at Nottingham by the subsequent Greenham Stakes winner Mohaather. With more time, he can potentially go onto prove better than a Class 4 handicapper. Others in with a shout include the dropped in trip Kamikaze Lad (needs to settle) and the lightly-raced Aplomb, whilst Sir Busker also rates as an interesting each-way option as a result of the recent rain.
