€9,000 son of Arcadio out of a dam who is related to a 3m2f hunter chase winner. Stable were just 3-32 in bumpers last season and others look more likely.
€67,000 son of Authorized related to a middle-distance Flat winner in France. Yard have an outstanding record in bumpers, although it stands at a less respectable 1-19 at this venue since 2014.
€72,000 Kayf Tara gelding out of a dam who won six races from 2m1f-2m4f and stayed 3m2f. Trip was predictably inadequate at Fontwell, but he did well to finish fourth and the second has won since.
€39,000 son of Shantou who is a full-brother to a winning point-to-pointer. Yard 3-6 in bumpers here and obviously one to note in early trading.
From a family the trainer knows well being a half-brother to the hurdle winner Acertain Circus (2m7f) and chase winner Popelys Gull (2m3f); dam was a 2m-2m4f winning hurdler. Gambled on for debut but was far too fresh and too soon to write off.
Galileo full-brother to a Group 1 winner. No sign of that ability being passed down the bloodline on racecourse debut at Fakenham in February.
€42,000 son of Spirit One out of a French winning miler who has some smart jumpers in her pedigree. Stable were 5-22 in bumpers last term and the market should be informative.
Bought for for £19,000 after finishing second at Ayr on debut in a race that has not worked out. Yard do well with their small number of bumper runners, but she will be seen at her best with more of a stamina test over hurdles.
Cityscape filly out of a 1¾m winner. Yard 0-19 in bumpers in last few seasons, but seven of those have been placed.

Certainly Red, Pink Sheets and Konigin Ara were placed at big prices on debut and there are doubts regarding the value of the form. REPUBLICAN and Takeit Easy failed to meet market expectations first time out, but the former will improve for this trip. Shantou Vow represents a stable who do well here in bumpers, whilst Wasdell Dundalk represents a yard that did well in this sphere last season and a market move would be significant. Nicky Henderson has a good record in similar races but his Flat-bred newcomer Pipesmoker needs to break a sequence of 13 consecutive losers in bumpers for the yard and they have a poor record here.
