Camacho colt who was green as grass when last on debut at Newbury last month but improved plenty to be runner-up at Kempton. Failed to handle the bend at Chelmsford on Thursday, and may prove better going right-handed.

11/10
Anjaal half-brother to juvenile 5f winner Mr Buttons. Kept on pleasingly when 3¼L second of 10 to Zulu Zander at Leicester on racecourse bow, and is sure to build on that.

By Cable Bay out of a 1m winner.Trainer 0-11 with 2-y-o newcomers since taking over licence, and horses generally given plenty of time to mature.

20/1
By Toronado and the first foal of a 2-y-o 5f winner. Ought to be up to winning races on pedigree, but yard is 0-48 with juvenile newcomers in the last five years, so likely to need this initial experience.

16/1
Bungleinthejungle filly out of a full-sister to a Group 1 winner in Qatar, from an excellent middle-distance family. Yard has a decent record at this track, although yet to hit the target with 2-y-o runners this year.

25/1
Alhebayeb half-sister to 5f-1m winner Lady Kheleyf and 5f winner Becker. Should be speedy, but yard just 1-28 with juvenile newcomers, and likely she will be better for this outing.

4/1
By Sepoy out of Great St Wilfrid Stakes winner Pepper Lane. Unfancied but did some excellent late work when 2¾L second of 8 to Great Dame in a 5f novice at Ripon, and looks a leading contender with improvement almost guaranteed.

Lady Erimus28
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: S A Gray| T: K A Ryan
50/1
Due Diligence half-sister to 6f/7f winner Haughmond. Always on the back foot on debut at Redcar last month, and needs to have learnt plenty to be competitive.

Yarrow Gate
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: P Mulrennan| T: M Dods
8/1
By Garswood out of a useful mare who was placed three times in Listed company over 1m. More interesting that most on paper, and well drawn for a yard which gets its share of first-time-out winners.

Forecasts

Mr Fudge (11/10), Infinite Grace (4/1), Littleton Hall (5/1), Yarrow Gate (8/1), Champagne Victory (16/1), Blitzle (20/1), Doncaster Rosa (25/1), Van Dijk (25/1), Lady Erimus (50/1)

Verdict

INFINITE GRACE is bred to be speedy, being out of Great St Wilfrid winner Pepper Lane, and she shaped like a certain future winner on debut at Ripon. She appeals more than Littleton Hall, for all that colt can be forgiven his run at Chelmsford last week having blown the home turn. Yarrow Gate is a newcomer to note, her pedigree suggesting she will be above average, and she may be the main threat to the selection.
  1. Infinite Grace
  2. Yarrow Gate
  3. Littleton Hall
