Proved her debut win to be no fluke when performing creditably subsequently. Reasonably weighted for her handicap bow if conditions do not deteriorate.
Won a couple at Salisbury last term so should be at home on these undulations. However, last few starts have been disappointing and he is best watched at present.
Has run to a higher mark than this in two AW maidens and was third to a smart filly last time. Would take some beating if taking to turf on first run for six months.
Raced a bit too freely on her comeback run but the front two are rated 80+ so she has done well to get in here off 69 so she must enter calculations with improvement expected.
Only had to run to this mark to land a Leicester seller (6f) and better required on first start for this yard. Stable in form and she ought to stay this longer trip.
Not beaten too far on all three AW starts in novice events. Tries her luck in a handicap for the first time and stable are having a good week.
Fifth to a Guineas hopeful on debut for Charlie Appleby and chased home a fair sort on first start for new yard. Soundly beaten since when tried in a tongue-tie and that aid removed. Looks nicely weighted and stable's horses are in great form.
Career best came here in July but has failed to match that since. Could be considered well-handicapped if reproducing that course form, but that may be doubtful after an eight month absence.
No Nay Never filly who cost £50,000 as a yearling. Not disgraced on debut but refused to load on next intended start and looked green subsequently. May make a better three-year-old but the addition of headgear is a worrying sign.
Forecasts
Saikung (5/2), Knightshayes (3/1), Lethal Lover (5/1), Shellebeau (11/2), Plumette (8/1), Moneta (14/1), Cotubanama (16/1), Shaffire (18/1), Yes Can Do (20/1)
SAIKUNG and Shellebeau stand out at the weights given their efforts behind horses rated in the 80s on their latest starts. The latter has produced two good runs on the AW but has been off eight months. On the other hand the selection is proven on turf and is fit from a run at Leicester behind a useful looking pair. Charles Hills' filly looked keen that day but she should be in the thick of things here with that run under her belt, a mark of just 69 and improvement anticipated. Moneta looks best of the rest and can show herself to better than she looked last time.
