Stable/Fibresand debut (yet to win on the AW); has some fairly useful turf form at handicap level to his name. Cashed in on a reduced mark when winning at Ayr (6f) in the autumn but never really went on from that win, worth watching in the market.
Well supported last time he failed to run with any enthusiasm (never really travelled without headgear) over a trip (1m) that stretches him. First-time visor now appears with the drop in trip/grade likely to prove useful also; well weighted.
Prolific scorer on the AW (16-64) who picked up 11 victories in 2018 and is well versed on Fibresand (five-time winner). Already off the mark this year scoring in a 5f Newcastle seller; rather in-and-out since but favoured by the weights in this.
Yet to win on the AW but has shown that he still has the ability to do so; beaten favourite in a Class 6 handicap last time over C&D when well found in the market (nothing going right from the start). Tough task on these terms, better in handicaps.
Exposed maiden who makes little appeal on these terms having been beaten five times already here. Finished well beaten in a 5f seller last time and hard to see him making much impact in this contest.
Would have a chance in this on his two-year-old form but hasn't shown anything much since his juvenile days (very lightly-raced). Fared poorly when last seen and the addition of a first-time visor isn't expected to make much difference.
Long-standing maiden who makes little appeal at the weights although she did run with credit last time in a higher grade than she needs to compete in. Her Fibresand form is modest at best though and any appeal she makes is limited.
Scored over 5f here on his debut last year and ran reliably after that including at this trip. Did miss most of the second half of the season but returned seemingly with his ability intact in April (6f, seller); enters the argument on that basis.

Forecasts
The Great Wall (2/1), Captain Lars (9/4), Mr Buttons (3/1), Inexes (5/1), Mujassam (7/1), Shepherd's Purse (14/1), Whirl Me Round (20/1), Falcao (25/1), Canimar (33/1), Westfield Wonder (100/1)
Quite a few of these look to have a tough task at the weights and on these terms prolific AW winner CAPTAIN LARS has the opportunity to return to winning ways for a stable that are in good form at the moment. The Great Wall will appreciate the drop to 6f after the 1m trip tested him last time and with headgear returning he looks one of the main dangers at this level. Inexes is worth watching in the market with his trainer having a good record with his stable switchers while the only three-year-old in the field Mr Buttons has been very consistent and has course winning form already.
