Dual winner this year including over this trip at Lingfield just over a fortnight ago. Beat an impressive previous winner that day and is one for the shortlist for a leading stable following a 5lb rise in the weights.

Form: 44-1331

13/2

Three time winner on turf last season including by 4L over 1m on good ground here in August. Below that form in three subsequent starts however and more needed off a mark 6lb higher than for his latest success.

Form: 111646-

Forecasts

Sam Cooke (11/4), Gentle Look (3/1), Fields Of Athenry (10/3), Albert Finney (4/1), Little Rock (5/1), Greeley (13/2), Korcho (15/2), Spencers Son (10/1), The Pink'n (25/1)

FIELDS OF ATHENRY finished a good second on his most recent start and he can take this event on handicap debut and on his first attempt at this distance. The selection looks capable of getting the better of Albert Finney who has won twice already this year while third place can go to Gentle Look who is is making his seasonal debut.
