Dubawi half-sister to Almodovar, a smart winner at up to 1m3f. Holds an Oaks entry. Evens favourite when only fifth of 12 on debut at Newcastle and will surely be a more potent force this time.
First foal whose dam was placed in a seller over 5f. Best watched as she makes her first appearance on a racecourse.
Stepped up on moderate debut run when fourth of 11 at Wolverhampton in October. Going the right way, but faces stiffer opposition this time.
Promise in a couple of 1m maidens at Haydock in September. Stamina in pedigree so this longer trip should suit and stable is among the winners.
Garswood filly who is half-sister to five winners over a variety of distances. Likely to need this debut run, but worth a market check nevertheless.
Sayif filly who is a half-sister to three winners from 6f to 1m. Some late headway when 11th of 16 on debut at Windsor last June, but needs to step up considerably on that effort to figure.
A 170,000 gns yearling by Shamardal out of a winning mare who is a half-sister to three Italian Group 1 winners. Promising third of eight over 1m on debut at Kempton, shaping as though this longer distance would suit.
Daughter of Nayef who is a half-sister to a couple of winners from 1m to 2m2f. Stable in good form and is worth a look in the betting as she makes her debut.
Nathaniel filly and a half-sister to four winners. Sixth of 11 over 1m on first racecourse appearance over 1m at this venue and looks one for further down the line.
Camelot filly whose dam is an unraced half-sister to the very useful 1m4f performer Galactic Star. Not much to shout about on debut at Lingfield in September and connections reach for a hood.
Forecasts
Fabulist (4/6), Sneaky Peek (5/1), Katiesheidinlisa (11/2), Spring Run (12/1), Scenesetter (14/1), Tamachan (16/1), Lollipop Lady (25/1), Island Reel (33/1), Relative Ease (100/1), Flaming Red (100/1)
Probably the weaker of the two divisions of this race and Fabulist looks a likely sort for her top team. However, the vote goes to SCENESETTER, who shaped well on debut at Kempton and will appreciate this step up in distance. Katiesheidinlisa may fare best of the rest, while Sneaky Peek looks the most interesting of the newcomers.
