Mountain Rock²⁵⁴

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: T J O'Brien| T: Ian Williams| OR: 125| BF| D

5/1

Dual bumper winner disappointed when odds-on for a 2m4f maiden hurdle at Uttoxeter (good) on stable debut in July last year. Remains of interest on his return from a break.

Form: 8/7226-4

O'Rahilly^h²²

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: Tom Cheesman⁽⁵⁾| T: Miss Z C Davison

150/1

Debuting for this yard when pulled up in a maiden hurdle at Fontwell (soft) last time out. Hood worn for the first time that day is retained.

Form: 7/P-P

Vision Clear²⁰

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: Joshua Moore| T: G & J Moore

2/1

Good second in a similar race to this over C&D last time out. Making just his third appearance over hurdles and another bold show looks on the cards.

Form: 52

Zanzi Win¹²

Age: 4| Weight: 10-8| J: G Sheehan| T: H Whittington| OR: 119| BF

8/11

Finished runner-up on both starts since returning from wind surgery including over 2m at Hereford (good) last time out. Repeat of that should see him play a leading role in this contest.

Form: 6422

Andapa¹⁵³

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: David Noonan| T: M Roberts| C| D

20/1

Dual bumper winner last year including at this venue but fell on hurdling debut at Fontwell in August and finished well beaten over an extended 2m4f here in November. Drops in trip on return from a break.

Form: 11F6

Royal Goldie^t,v²⁵

Age: 4| Weight: 10-1| J: M Goldstein| T: Mrs L Richards

66/1

Maiden after seven starts on the Flat and beaten 13L in a first time visor (retained) at Lingfield (1m2f) last time out. Others make more appeal on hurdling debut.

Form:

Singer In The Sand²⁰

Age: 4| Weight: 10-1| J: Sean Houlihan⁽³⁾| T: P Phelan

100/1

Beaten 29L when fifth in a seven runner maiden hurdle over this C&D on hurdles debut last time out. Probably best watched at present.

Form: 5

Weight: 11-0| Age: 6

Forecasts

Zanzi Win (8/11), Vision Clear (2/1), Desiremoi D'Authie (11/4), Mountain Rock (5/1), Andapa (20/1), Royal Goldie (66/1), Singer In The Sand (100/1), O'Rahilly (150/1)

VISION CLEAR finished a good second in a similar race to this last time out and the locally-trained runner is taken to get off the mark over hurdles in this competitive looking event. Zanzi Win can finish runner-up for the third time in succession while third place can go the way of Mountain Rock who can put a disappointing effort on stable debut behind him.
