Well held in a number of starts on the AW at Dundalk since last month but turf form far outweighs his ability on that surface and appears here on a 3lb lower mark than his last win at Thirsk in August.
Dual Curragh winner this season hasn't run a bad race since and good third back at the Curragh in August and rounded off the season with a win by the shortest of margins at Cork in October off a 4lb lower mark. Tough ask off this high mark.
79-rated handicapper last season for trainer David O'Meara who has hit the frame over this trip on three occasions from 15 starts. Possibly best watched unless the market suggests otherwise.
Winner on his most recent and final start of a Kempton 6f maiden for trainer Owen Burrows in November 2016. Possibly best watched on return to action and stable debut.
Has a win and a place on his CV from five starts over C&D, the win coming in October off a 4lb lower mark. Form solid enough over this trip and has a favourable draw, where expected early pace is.
Landed the spoils in a 30-runner 7f handicap at the Curragh in May off a 7lb lower mark. Beaten since and best watched dropping to this trip for the first time in a 50-race career.
C&D winner who has also hit the frame from two starts over the combination including success in October off a 17lb lower mark. Running well on the AW at Dundalk up to December and entitled to make the shortlist.
On a fair mark here but just 4 wins in 56 starts rather tells you that he's no win machine. Third of eight beaten ½L on his last start in a Dundalk 6f handicap earlier this month and worth a check in the market.
Cost €42,000 as a foal, bred to be speedy, half-brother to six winners including Girl Power, dam of the classy Slade Power. Winner here over a similar trip when last seen in October and should be among the leading players here.
Back to best for the reapplication of cheekpieces when scoring over 5f on the AW at Dundalk before a gallant run behind Solar Wave over 6f at Naas on Sunday. One of the more likely types.
Only win from 23 starts came in a 6f maiden at Dundalk on the AW 12 months ago. Could be worth a check in the market now racing 9lb lower than his original handicap mark.
C&D stalwart who has won two and being placed on a further three occasions from seven starts over the combination. Second of 11 beaten 2L on her last visit here in October off a 2lb higher mark and may have been given a squeak in this contest.
76-rated handicapper on the Flat last season for trainer Paul Cole. Well held in a couple of disappointing starts on the AW at Dundalk since December. Looks up against it here in first-time blinkers, given overall form and draw.
Filly by Shamardal out of a Linamix mare. Second of 14 beaten a neck here in October over a similar trip in a maiden on good ground. Has won well at Dundalk on the AW since and may be worth a check in the market.
Winner of a Down Royal 5f maiden in September getting off the mark at the 18th time of asking for connections. Subsequently well held in a couple of starts since before the end of the season and has plenty to find.
Struggled in a number of starts when upped in trip following a win here over a similar trip in April off an 8lb higher mark. Needs a couple of these to falter but could be of interest back over this trip.
Took advantage of his falling mark to score over 7f on the AW at Dundalk last month off a 4lb lower mark. Well held in three starts over similar trips and hard to make a case for based on form to hand.
Modest performer for trainers Hugo Palmer and David O'Meara. Hasn't fired in a couple of dismal efforts for new connections including finishing 13th of 14 last month over 5f. Easily passed over.
Havana Gold colt out of a Dylan Thomas mare cost €20,000 as a yearling. Finished sixth of 10 beaten 8L on final start of the season at Naas in September as beaten favourite. Likely more to come for respected trainer/jockey combination.
Casamento colt who cost €10,000 as a yearling. Nothing of note in a number of starts over 5f/6f since May and requires a chunk of improvement to play a role.
Vocalised filly, sister to winner over similar trip. Dam a half-sister to three winners around this trip. Has looked over-whelmed in three career starts to date and will need to raise overall profile to take a hand in the finish.
Genuine and tough sort, running well in defeat usually hitting the frame. Form as good on turf as it is on the AW and could well hit the frame once again from favourable draw.
First Reserve: 83-rated Flat handicapper for trainer Eve Johnson-Houghton last summer, well held in three starts on the AW at Dundalk earlier in the month. Starts coming thick and fast but no signs of improvement.

The Edward Lynam-trained DAPPER POWER is a half-brother to six winners including Girl Power, dam of the classy Slade Power. Winner here over a similar trip when last seen in October, the five-year-old can build on the success here and land the spoils, seeing off the attentions of possible dangers, Hee Haw, Dash D'or and Peshkova.
