A multiple winner on the AW but struggles in handicaps and is better suited by this sort of grade these days. Claims on the pick of his efforts but may finding giving weight away tough on these terms. Debut run for another new yard.

Ran well in a class 4 (6f) handicap latest, which was his first outing since last May. Gets on well with today's rider and not expected to be inconvenienced by the additional furlong this time. Worth a betting check now his fitness has been boosted.

Holding his form well just now and rolled back the years with a win last time out. Solid claims at the weights and positive the old boy likes this course. Dangerous to underestimate.

Clobbered by the handicapper during her time with Joseph O'Brien which left her with nowhere to go as far as handicaps are concerned. Well beaten on debut for her current yard but this is a big drop in grade; best in at the weights. Chance.

0-12 and has achieved next to nothing in her career so far. Now rated just 39 and easy to oppose on these terms.

Unforgiving Minute (1/2), Loyalty (5/2), Upavon (7/1), High Language (25/1), Golden Footsteps (25/1), Valentine Mist (100/1)

Verdict

A very modest claimer which won't live long in the memory given the events taking place elsewhere this week; but HIGH LANGUAGE is taken to relish the ease in grade and make the most of the opportunity presented to her. Loyalty is well into the veteran stage of his career but still retains enough ability to figure strongly at this level, while Upavon represents a yard that does well in races of this type and is another to bear in mind if the betting market turns it's back on the selection for any reason.
  1. High Language
  2. Loyalty
  3. Upavon
