Showed fairly useful form in this sphere back in 2014/15, but just a poor performer on the Flat these days, and chances of him being competitive off current mark look slim.
Attracted support on penultimate start, and built on that when making all the running to beat Pistol at Carlisle last time. Would normally look vulnerable in this grade, but this looks a weak contest, and he is likely to go well again.
Useful handicap hurdler at his best, although out of form for Alan Fleming in recent starts. Has joined new yard after an absence, and hard to weigh up at present. Market should guide.
In fine form a year ago, winning at Huntingdon and placed twice subsequently. Not shown much in two starts back after a break this term, though, and still 13lb above winning mark. Tongue tie back on now.
Best effort this season when third at Plumpton in November, and possibly needed the run after a break here in January. Needs to step up, but handicapper has given him a chance.
Winner of two chases for previous yard but struggled in four starts for new stable. This is easier than the task he faced over fences last time, but he still needs to find extra.
GREGARIOUS makes most appeal in a race which looks weak for the grade, and he won well in a similar event at Carlisle last time. Acaro may do best of the others having been given a chance by the handicapper, with Marmont a big player if finding last spring's form.
