€80,000 Flemensfirth gelding made a fine start to his career with an impressive win on debut at Market Rasen, Second has won since to frank the form so should make a bold bid to defy his penalty.

Definite Article gelding bought for just £1,000 in August 2017. Yard not known for bumper winners so on balance is best watched here on debut.

£800 Flying Legend gelding. Long odds when making debut at Sedgefield in Janury but not disgraced. Led until headed then weakened quickly over a furlong out to finish fifth of nine. More needed here.
This gelded son of Oscar made €95,000 at Sales as a three-year-old. Yard in fair form of late and has respectable 19% strike rate at this course. Well worth a market check.
French bred gelding whose dam is half-sister to a Grade 1 winner. Yard capable of readying one first time out and a decent disaply is by no means out of the question on debut.

Malinas gelding. Dam full sister to talented chaser The Tother One, and also closely related to high-class Carlingford Lough. Racecourse debut for yard with good record in these races so could prove a danger if fully wound up.

€36,000 colt by Kayf Tara out of Presenting mare. Bred for stamina and may need more of a test unless market indicates some confidence on this first racecourse appearance. Represents top yard.

Forecasts

Winningseverything (6/4), Hurricane Harvey (11/4), Torn And Frayed (11/2), The Domino Effect (7/1), San Rumoldo (8/1), Shelfield (14/1), Forest Fusion (66/1), Dancing Darcy (66/1), Article Of War (150/1), Mally Collier (200/1)

Verdict

It's never easy conceding a winner's penalty in a bumper, but WINNINGSEVERYTHING created a very good impression when scoring on debut at Market Rasen and is fancied to maintain his unbeaten record. There are plenty of dangers with a number of well bred newcomers representing good yards. The Domino Effect, Dancing Darcy, San Rumoldo and Shelfield are all worth monitoring for market support, while the experienced pair of Hurricane Harvey and Forest Fusion aren't out of it either.
