Won at Downpatrick last summer over this distance and despite plenty of creditable efforts since has failed to add to that tally. Needs to find a bit of improvement from somewhere to give the weight away to his rivals.
May be in the veteran stage but ran right up to his best when taking a Navan handicap under today's claimer on latest. That was over 2m but does stay this far and does at least arrive here at the top of his game.
Smart novice hurdler but not seen over the smaller obstacles since 2016. Better known as a chaser though not at best this season and not sure what to expect at present.
Tailed off in Irish Champion Hurdle latest but previous efforts in graded races show there is still plenty of life in him and this represents a massive drop in class.

The race conditions heavily favour TOMBSTONE and it will be a surprise if he can't get back in the winners enclosure in a contest that could have almost been framed for him. Oscars Den has been belying his years of late and could be the one for the forecast with Three Stars next best.
