Won a Leopardstown bumper in December and caught the eye when finishing second of 12 beaten 1L on good ground over a similar trip at odds of 20/1. Open to more improvement here.
Failed to land a hat trick of wins when stepped up to Grade 1 level at Leopardstown last month in the Arkle novice chase won by Le Richebourg. Holds four entries at the festival and appears the one to beat here.

Fourth of six finishing 22L adrift of Le Richbourg in the Grade 1 Arkle novices at Punchestown last month appears to be the outstanding piece of form here which should see DUCA DE THAIX land the spoils in this Grade 3 contest over the Jessica Harrington-trained Jetz. Mrs Lovett in the colours of Simon Munir and Isaac Souede can run into third ahead of Benruben.
