Won from a 3lb higher mark last season but seemed to lose his way as the campaign progressed. Better than he showed on debut for his new yard last time but plenty to prove on the evidence of a poor run.
Registered one of his eight career wins over the six furlong course here but better suited by this trip these days. Narrow winner at the start of this month and given a chance from just 1lb higher. Has won from higher, so has to be a player again.
Won a modest race over 7f here on her penultimate outing but needs to prove her stamina over this extra furlong. Also a poor effort latest though.
Placed in a better race than this here last November and would have solid claims of finishing in a similar position if capable of a reproduction of that effort this time. Well behind Misu Pete latest though.
Plummeted in the ratings after a dismal run of results over the last couple of years. A mile does suit ideally but needs to prove he's still got the will to win and isn't just on the downgrade.
Won on turf from an 18lb higher mark but is another whose better days seem to already be behind him. Ran well on his return from wind surgery in January but failed to build on that last time. Others more convincing.
Just one win from 42 previous starts but has been placed eight time between 1m-1m2f; so feasible he can make the frame if striding out to his best; but off-putting that he hasn't shown great resolution in a finish lately.
Not made much impact so far and shown limited ability in two previous handicaps. Others look more solid options just now.
Winner at Bath (1m2f, firm) last September but form soon tailed off. Not shown much in his last two starts and difficult to recommend even though the drop in trip should suit.
Fourth in a seller on unfavourable terms last time, which would give the mare place claims if she were able to reproduce here. Not the most consistent , however, and a lot needs to be taken on trust back in a proper handicap. Risky for win only.
Not beaten far when fifth behind Misu Pete last time; was 1lb wrong at the weights but ran well above expectations. Only 1lb better off this time, however, and work to do if he's going to reverse the form.
Ran with promise in a novice stakes over 6f here and also showed promise on handicap debut shortly afterwards. Not so good latest but still early days. Could be good value for a speculative each-way punt.
Relatively unexposed but failed to improve in the first-time headgear last time out (which was also her debut for her new yard). Blinkers discarded this time and plenty to prove now.
Modest form in novice stakes before finishing just in behind Melo Pearl on handicap debut last time. Another that needs to find a good deal of improvement to figure strongly this time.

The slightly stronger of the two divisions of this race presents MISU PETE with a decent opportunity to follow up his win at Chelmsford earlier this month. The gelding is only 1lb higher for that narrow success and his willingness to battle can play a strong part here. Lesanti and Red Gunner have form to reverse with the selection so it might be worth chancing and each-way punt on Freesia Gold pulling something out of the fire. Joyful Dream is also respected as a candidate to make the frame.
