Winner under this jockey over 1m1.5f off 2lb lower in November and has continued to race to a similar level in three starts since. Hasn't shaped as though this trip would suit but would go close if he does stay.

Twice a C&D winner and 4lb below the last of them., however form has regressed since and little sign of a revival in a claimer here last time.

Racing consistently without winning at present and a good run in a higher grade over 1m3f at Kempton latest. Vulnerable late on over this distance but shouldn't be far away.

Has lost his way since back-to-back wins in October and eased to a walk at Kempton latest. Best watched on course debut.

18-race maiden under both codes and has struggled in five starts over hurdles for new yard. Given a chance by the handicapper back on the Flat but hard to have confidence in.

Winner and runner-up here over 1m1.5f here in December and January but a bit below that in two starts since. Takes a sharp step up in trip and would need to find improvement for it off current mark.

Signs of promise at Chelmsford in November but well beaten three times over hurdles and on return to the Flat. Drop in trip will help but much more required,

Took a while to breakthrough but has won two of his last four. Disappointing he couldn't kick on again at Kempton latest and more required of this current mark.

Won over this C&D and followed up at Kempton and has run to a similar level in two starts off revised mark since. More required but place possibilities.

Losing run stretches back to July 2017 while remaining on a competitive mark. Stays this trip and returned to the Flat with promise after a slow start at Lingfield on second run since wind surgery. Looks a contender.

Posted back-to-back wins at Lingfield and Kempton and latest run can be excused as held off a slow pace and forced very wide. Could bounce back but form at this course not quite as good.

Nice To Seap21
Age: 5|  Weight: 8-11| J: David Probert| T: O Murphy| OR:  50
9/4
Six-race maiden but ran with real promise down in grade and over this C&D on second start since arriving from Ireland. Could easily have won with a clear run in first-time cheekpieces (retained) and one to keep on the right side of.

Forecasts

Nice To Sea (9/4), Ember's Glow (4/1), Power Home (5/1), Man Of Verve (6/1), Apex Predator (8/1), Tigerfish (10/1), Ross Raith Rover (16/1), Raashdy (20/1), Dove Mountain (20/1), False Id (25/1), Shaji (33/1), Admiral Spice (50/1)

Verdict

This distance seems to stretch Power Home but she remains in good heart and can go well again. Dove Mountain hasn't won over this distance but stays it fine and looked like he still has life in him following a wind operation. NICE TO SEA was very unlucky here last time, has plenty of upside and would be hard to beat if building on that promise.
  1. Nice To Sea
  2. Dove Mountain
  3. Power Home
