Made winning start over fences with 2m4f yielding-ground win at Down Royal over Christmas and was in front, narrowly, when coming down at the last over this trip at Fairyhouse since. Big player on handicap debut if none the worse.
Just 1-15 over fences, scoring in 2m3½f Limerick beginners' chase in May on debut for this trainer after an absence. Mixed bag since, but preference for decent ground means he can be expected to fire today.
Winner of a Limerick handicap chase last month off 6lb lower mark. Often temperamental, he has since refused to race at Cork and been pulled up at Thurles. The blinkers go on now first time, but the attitude is the worry.
Progressive over hurdles with three wins in six months. Yet to reach that level over fences but going the right way and took place money home after Navan third last month over similar trip.
Won back-to-back handicaps at this course over 2m, latest off a 6lb lower mark. Worth a try up in distance and is clearly in good heart and relishing going chasing.
Improving chaser this term, winning over 2m4f at Navan before close second at Cork on soft-going. Took advantage of lower rating to win Clonmel handicap over hurdles since, can be in the mix back in this sphere.
Winner of a 2m5f beginners' contest at Cork in November, though since well held earlier this month in 2m4f Fairyhouse novice event. Has more to find stepping into open handicap company, it seems.
0-5 over fences but showing some good signs. Unseated late on in race won by Allardyce at Cork in November, since finished 5L second of 11 in 2m5f Leopardstown handicap. Gone up 3lb and should be more in the offing.
18-race maiden under rules, has been competitive in five of six chase starts however and stays this trip. Needs to dig something extra with cheekpieces restored and probably vulnerable for win purposes.
Won a maiden hurdle over 2m here a year ago but hasn't progressed since. Wide-margin defeats in trio of beginner' chases and left needing big improvement now on handicap debut.
12-years-old and a maiden of 21 chase starts, put in one of his better efforts to be second at Down Royal last month on debut for this yard over 2m4f (yielding) but having gone up 2lb, balance of probability is against him winning.

Another Barney (4/1), Stowaway Forever (5/1), Punches Cross (11/2), Danse Away (11/2), Poker Party (8/1), Monotype (8/1), Getaway Kid (8/1), Lisclogher Lad (12/1), Allardyce (14/1), Damut (25/1), Lilshane (33/1), Runyon Rattler (33/1)
GETAWAY KID was a good winner first-time-out over fences on St Stephen's Day at Down Royal and was booked to double his tally when he came down at the last next time at Fairyhouse. His opening handicap mark is not insurmountable and he can improve again, ensuring he'll take halting with a clear round. Dual course winner Punches Cross is going up in trip and in the ratings, but remains of interest while Poker Party made a pleasing start in handicaps at Leopardstown (second) and is also in the mix. Danse Away is thriving and may go well back over fences while decent ground might see Damut put in one of his better runs.
