Half-sister to three winners. Dam showed little in bumpers. Debut today from a yard capable of getting winners in this sphere.
€3,000 as a three-year-old. Dam lightly raced in bumpers. Would need to be above average to make a winning debut.
€8,500 three-year-old. Small stable not noted for winners in this field and breeding suggests more time and distance will be needed.
Similar level of ability in three of her four starts but needs to find some improvement and looking more exposed than many of her rivals.
66/1 when down the field in Listed company last time. This more her grade and showed promise on debut so could be capable of better.
€7,500 as a three-year-old. Dam won a Bumper and over hurdles. Interesting to see how she compares in the betting to her stable companion.
Landed a soft ground Point-to-point in March and all the rage on Bumper debut last month but caught too far back and eventually third in a blanket finish. Will appreciate further in time but sets clear standard here.
Tailed off at 66/1 on Carlisle debut in November and will need to show huge improvement to play a part.
From a yard that do well in bumpers. Fifth foal and related to winners who stay well so may need more of a trip.
Interesting newcomer from a yard who are 3-22 in bumpers this season. Second foal and half-sister to hurdles winner for the yard. Market should prove informative.
18.000 gns purchase in October. Flat bred newcomer from a shrewd yard and receives plenty of weight from her elders so interesting to see if she comes in for support.
Forecasts
Larquebuse (4/6), Lady Of Elysium (7/2), Papal Pearl (8/1), Gotthenod (14/1), Tritonix (14/1), Barangarou (14/1), Zhenya (16/1), Heaven Help Us (20/1), Cascade D'amour (25/1), Canadian Honey (33/1), Ok Jk (66/1)
A strong looking finale and unless one of the newcomers is well above average LARQUEBUSE can gain compensation for her narrow Limerick defeat. The market should prove informative and the Four-year-olds Tritonix and Papal Pearl make plenty appeal on paper.
- Larquebuse
- Tritonix
- Papal Pearl
