A €50,000 yearling made a winning debut in a slow time for Ralph Beckett back in August 2017. Unseen since and has presumably had his issues. Hard to weigh up following a significant absence on stable debut and market may prove best guide.
Dansili gelding with a smart pedigree that cost 50,000 gns as a yearling. Made an impressive winning debut at Wolverhampton last month and physically has plenty of scope. Should only improve.
Not in bad form when last seen over hurdles and while a maiden under both codes ran well on both Flat starts over this C&D. Should prove competitive but vulnerable to more improving types.
Well beaten on debut for Jeremy Gask back in early 2017 and refused to enter stalls for intended stable debut at Ascot in September. Hard to make a case for.
Raced four times in bumpers winning his third in a slow time at Uttoxeter. Well beaten subsequently and may find this sharp on Flat debut.
Gelded son of Mawatheeq out of a Milk It Mick mare. Unfancied and well beaten on last month's debut and makes a significant step up in trip. Remains best watched.
By Nathaniel out of a very well related German 1m1f-1m2f winning dam. Showed little on sole bumper start for Tom Lacey and likely to need even further than this on Flat and stable debut. Hard to fancy.
Not disgraced on bumper debut but subsequently well beaten in that sphere on the AW. Would need to find significant improvement on Flat debut.
Cost 60,000 gns and put in a solid effort on debut in a Goodwood maiden for David Simcock. Disappointing though badly the next twice and subsequently sold for 6,500 gns. Easy to overlook on stable debut.
120,000 gns foal who made a promising debut for Godolphin back in 2017 when still holding a Derby entry. Unseen since and sold for £25,000. With a good stable and worth a check in the market.
Has shown nothing in four starts in France and in two runs for new stable (one over hurdles and one on the Flat). Easy to dismiss.
10-race maiden in bumpers and over hurdles and has an absence to overcome. Pulled up in two of last three starts and unlikely to make an impression on Flat debut.
Daughter of Evasive out of a mare who ran just once. Very green when quickly tailed off on last month's debut and best watched.
Retained by vendor for just 800gns and has been sent off at long odds and shown little in both start's last month. Very hard to make any sort of case for.
Forecasts
Ramsbury (4/5), Ulster (2/1), Power Surge (10/1), Arctic Chief (16/1), Mobham (20/1), Harbour Quay (33/1), Dimmesdale (40/1), Knight Crusader (50/1), Grange Walk (66/1), Irving's Girl (66/1), Oborne Lady (100/1), Signsealdelivered (100/1), Evadala (100/1), Golden Etoile (100/1)
RAMSBURY stands out in a race lacking any depth as a horse who has tremendous physical potential and has clearly just taken time to fill his frame. He was heavily fancied on his recent winning debut and could be smart. Power Surge is likewise unbeaten but there have to be doubts after the long absence and although Ulster has a similar break to overcome his debut produced winners and should be noted in the betting. Arctic Chief goes well here and can be competitive.
