Has clearly been difficult to keep sound and her three runs have revealed little ability. Another who has been off since 2016.

Has shown little at big prices in Point-to-points, bumpers and a novice hurdle and easy to look elsewhere.

Promise on first three runs over 2m when runner up, each time looking as though the step up to today's trip will help her. 2/1 favourite when pulled up lame at Ludlow last time so that can be forgiven and sets the form standard.

Placed on the Flat at staying trips but still a maiden in that sphere with a rating of just 61. Trainer does have a good record with these types and worth noting in market for hurdling debut.

Fetched £100,000 after winning a small field Point-to-point in March. Ultimately very disappointing on hurdling debut at Ludlow in November when sent off 5/4 favourite but was lit up after a mistake at the first and surely better than that.

Sprang a 33/1 in Fontwell bumper in 2017 and runner up in in weak race since. Whipped around at the start and refused to race when last seen at Carlisle in October so needs to be watched on hurdling debut today.
Fetched €30,000 in 2017. Racecourse debut today and makes some appeal on breeding with the dam having won at 2m and 2m4f over hurdles.
Midfield in a Bumper prior to showing very little on hurdles debut over a year ago and hard to fancy for comeback run.
Promise in bumpers, notably when third at Aintree in October and will benefit from the experience of hurdling debut at Haydock last month. That was a stiff task and will welcome this easier grade.

Tailed off last of four on hurdllng debut when last seen in the summer of 2017 and impossible to fancy on that evidence.

Forecasts

Etamine Du Cochet (15/8), Poperinghe Ginger (9/4), Jillythejet (11/4), I'm A Believer (9/1), Miss Molinari (16/1), Miss Molly Mae (22/1), Liz's Dream (50/1), Elska (66/1), Busy Lilly (66/1), Woodfield Robin (100/1), Easyontheeye (250/1)

Verdict

Not many can be fancied in this finale and in the hope that she doesn't fluff her lines as she did at Ludlow, JILLYTHEJET can start to repay her purchase price. Etamine Du Cochet can be forgiven her last run when pulled up lame and seems the likely threat while Poperinghe Ginger is interesting in this lesser company and should make the frame.
  1. Jillythejet
  2. Etamine Du Cochet
  3. Poperinghe Ginger
