Former C&D winner off this current mark and claimed a fourth win this year for her current stable with a strong finish over 5f at Lingfield. Suited by step back up in trip and should be involved under a 6lb penalty.
Struggled in her first four starts but ran with much more promise at Lingfield last time. Should be more to come but was suited by racing on a slow pace and this could prove tougher.
Had seemingly lost his way until better efforts the last twice for current trainer. Didn't get a clear run at Lingfield last start and gets to race off 2lb lower. Can be involved.
Veteran whose last win came in October over this C&D and off 1lb higher. Capable of being involved off current mark but needs to put a disappointing latest run behind him.
Improved significantly on handicap debut when winning despite being trapped wide throughout. Showed a good attitude in the finish and despite moving up in grade is open to significant progress off just 3lb higher.
Just one win from 20 AW starts and out of form of late. All three career wins have come at shorter and others appeal more.
Showed improved form on start number seven when running on off a slow pace over this C&D and then was just touched off by Distant Applause at Chelmsford. A win shouldn't be far away and can go close again.
Losing run stretches back to May 2017 but does go well here. Returned to form over 7f at Lingfield last time when just failing to get up. On a good mark at present and no surprise to see him go well but drop in trip a negative.
Changed hands for just £1,500 in July but has proved a good buy with a Chelmsford win and a narrow third over this C&D. This looks stronger but no reason she shouldn't be competitive.
Returned from over a year off when a well beaten last on stable debut. Sole win came in a claimer and remains best watched.

Distant Applause (7/2), Magicinthemaking (7/2), Athassel (5/1), Legal Mind (5/1), Mr Potter (8/1), Wotamadam (9/1), Holdenhurst (10/1), Toolatetodelegate (10/1), Mercers (12/1), Hungarian Rhapsody (12/1), Swiss Cross (14/1), Atalanta Queen (66/1)
A very open sprint handicap where many can be given a chance. Legal Mind is on an upward curve at this level but preference is for his Chelmsford conqueror DISTANT APPLAUSE who travelled strongly and battled on gamely for that breakthrough success. Mercers goes well here and should be finishing strongly.
