Maiden winner on debut at Gowran Park back in April 2016 but hasn't won since, including five runs over hurdles for Dan Skelton (three placed efforts). Well beaten on debut for this yard last time and may need some relief from the handicapper.
Inconsistent since joining this outfit, though was impressive when making all at Kempton last month. Probably went too hard up front in a bid for back-to-back wins and not ruled out on Fibresand debut given his sire's record on the surface.
Gained a first win since 2016 in a claiming race at Redcar when last seen. Needs more back in a handicap off this sort of mark but worth a try on this surface and can't be entirely ruled out.
Has been hit and miss since joining this yard but came in for some market support on Southwell debut last time out and ran well, finishing third of 10, a long way clear of the remainder. Worth giving another chance to on that evidence.
Wide margin winner here over 1m6f last week at a price of 20/1 on just his second start for this outfit. Some useful Fibresand performers in behind that day so a reproduction of that effort should see him go close with just a 6lb penalty to carry.
Won a weak looking maiden here last month but finished a long way behind Country'n'western here last time after a slow start and while he's better than that, he looks opposable here.
COUNTRY'N'WESTERN is expected to be hard to beat after an impressive Fibresand debut last time out and he only has a 6lb penalty to carry for that wide margin success. Vivernus made an encouraging Fibresand debut last time while Sociologist may do better if he can get away on terms.
