Put up an improved effort on handicap debut at the Goodwood Festival in August. Sire has a respectable strike-rate on this surface and not ruled out if ready on return to action here.
Showed some promise in his first couple of starts but too keen on two subsequent outings. Switch to this surface could prove a smart move given his pedigree and worthy of plenty of respect in first-time blinkers.
Unplaced in four turf starts this summer but his sire's progeny have a fair record on Fibresand and can't be ruled out on debut for this yard if he's improved in the interim.
Showed little for his previous yard but put up a much improved effort on debut for this yard when winning here last month. Beaten favourite subsequently but a return to this trip might help and proven on this surface at least.
Won at Pontefract this summer and returned to form with a better effort at Wolverhampton last time, only beaten 2L. Sire has a decent strike-rate on this surface and likely to have a race in her from this sort of handicap mark.
Well beaten on each of her five starts including when last of 14 at Newcastle last time, though was a well backed second favourite. Makes Fibresand/yard debut and looks up against it on all known form.
Winner on yard debut at Chelmsford last month and went close in follow up bid but well beaten in two starts this month. Not bred for this surface and probably best watched on Fibresand debut.
Best effort to date was a fourth of 19 at Redcar in September but failed to build on that one month later and well beaten when running here in the summer. Others preferred.
Forecasts
Lads Order (11/4), Valley Belle (11/4), Ballistic (5/1), Posh Perfect (5/1), White Iverson (8/1), Temple of Wonder (12/1), Champagne Mondays (16/1), Dothraki (40/1)
WHITE IVERSON gets first-time headgear and is taken to improve for the switch to this surface in what wouldn't appear to be a particularly strong event. Temple Of Wonder and Ballistic are two other runners who may be suited by this surface given their pedigree and both ought to be capable from this sort of handicap mark.
- White Iverson
- Temple of Wonder
- Ballistic
