Patchy record, but showed improved form to beat a subsequent winner over C&D last time. Fairly treated on that evidence, but not certain to be in the same form.
Largely consistent and shaped well when third of 11 to Exchequer over C&D last time. Expected to be on the premises granted a decent pace.
Second over this trip at Doncaster in October, but beaten in claiming company on final start for Iain Jardine, and only his best will do on debut for new yard now.
Won at Goodwood in the summer off 3lb lower (ridden by 7lb claimer), but largely disappointing since, and has a bit to prove after latest ninth of 13 to The Lamplighter here.
Not progressed since a fair fifth on handicap debut at Leicester, and while it's still early days with him, others have more convincing profiles.
Won off 6lb lower at Thirsk in August for Andrew Balding, but below form on final couple of starts, and starts out for a new yard with something to prove.
Had excuses last time (saddle slipped on first start since wind surgery), and has won here before, but effectively struggling for form this year, and remains opposable on balance.
Much improved for current yard, and gained third AW win in his last four starts at Wolverhampton (7f) in August. Off since, but folly to ignore from just 2lb higher
Well treated on 2017 form, and lightly raced since, but below form on all four starts, and only of interest if market speaks in his favour.

Forecasts
Grey Galleon (4/1), Espresso Freddo (4/1), The Lamplighter (4/1), Miracle Garden (5/1), Kyllachy Dragon (11/2), Chetan (7/1), Gendarme (8/1), De Little Engine (9/1), Face Like Thunder (14/1), Dark Magic (16/1), Knockout Blow (66/1)
Not may arrive here in form, and ESPRESSO FREDDO is taken to score in a weaker race than he often contests. The Lamplighter is a huge threat on his latest defeat of a subsequent winner, but he's something of a law unto himself, so it remains to be seen if he backs that effort up, while De Little Engine has improved on all counts since moving to Alex Dunn and will go well if he's ready to go on the back of an absence.
