Limited promise in three starts over timber. Has been found an easier race than when well beaten at Exeter last time, but looks vulnerable.
Promising debut effort when second of six at Ludlow and something was clearly amiss when he was pulled up at Warwick on his only subsequent run. Can get involved if all is well.
Fair Flat performer at his best and did not fare too badly when finishing in mid-division on his hurdling bow at Kempton. Needs more, but has possibilities.
Big prices and well beaten in both starts on the Flat. Makes his jumping debut, but breeding suggests stamina may be an issue.
French import who was third of eight in a bumper on his only start before joining current yard. Obviously possesses some ability and is one to note in the betting on his hurdling debut.
Only outing so far when promising second of four in a bumper at Exeter. That was a weak contest, but he showed talent and is worth keeping an eye on as he makes his jumping bow.
Needed the experience when distant seventh of 10 on his only start in a Huntingdon maiden hurdle. Probably needs more time and is best watched.
Irish import who finished last of 10 on his debut for this stable at Salisbury in August. May do better now he hurdling and market will probably be the best guide to his chance.
Two runs for current yard since joining from France, on latter occasion scrambling home over C&D on her second attempt at hurdling. Has to carry a penalty for that success, but looks the one to beat for last year's winning connections.
Seven-race maiden on the Flat who was some way behind Tazka on her hurdling debut over C&D. Plenty to find despite 7lb pull.
Dual winer on the Flat, but beaten a long way on her jumping bow at Leicester earlier this month. Could do better, but has plenty to find.
Forecasts
Tazka (11/8), Fresno Emery (6/4), Just Perfect (8/1), Carouse (11/1), De Bruyne Horse (20/1), Bunch Of Thyme (20/1), Playa Blanca (22/1), Polar Light (25/1), Little Rich (50/1), Show Of Force (66/1), Flashdanza (100/1)
A weak juvenile hurdle in which ready preference is for TAZKA, who seems to be going the right way judged on her C&D success last time. She can defy a penalty at the main expense of Carouse, who shaped well on his hurdling debut and ran as though something was amiss at Warwick. Fresno Emery is an interesting contender on his jumping debut, while cases can be made for De Bruyne Horse and Just Perfect.
- Tazka
- Carouse
- Fresno Emery
