Ran well here and at Wetherby in his last two starts; racing up with the pace on both occasions. Up in trip this time but feasible he'll improve for the extra demands on his stamina. Has to be considered as a player in this company.
Was a comprehensive winner over C&D a year ago but hasn't been in the same form since; also underwent wind surgery before joining his current yard. Needs to improve on his latest start but possible the return to Musselburgh will see a revival.
Has won on good to soft ground but not since 2015 and his form dipped after a win at Hexham last season. Returned from a long break after wind surgery with a moderate effort at Hexham last month and now has a bit to prove.
0-7 over hurdles so far and shown little in his recent spins in this sector to suggest that he's ready to prove his doubters wrong. Well beaten from the same mark last time and others look more appealing here.
Winner at Sedgefield last month but was anchored by an 8lb higher mark last time (Max Liebermann well held though). Up another 1lb and steps in trip today; also wouldn't want too much rain to get into the ground. Capable but risks attached.
Well handicapped just now and is likely to benefit from the strong pace others are likely to set. Dangerous to underestimate from his current mark even though the gelding seems to reserve his best for racing at Perth, where he has won five times.

Forecasts
Golden Jeffrey (7/4), Nendrum (15/8), Outcrop (11/4), Ballycrystal Court (5/1), Green Zone (5/1), Surf And Turf (12/1), Max Liebermann (33/1)
Stamina for the trip is a slight concern about GOLDEN JEFFREY but he's holding his form well and has been handed a good opportunity to prove himself capable of extending the sequence with another bold show. Green Zone is rated as a big threat as he's ideally suited by this trip and looks a worthy alternative given that he'll be happy for others to cut out the running for him; Surf And Turf may have needed the run last time out but it may be significant that he comes here instead of an intended engagement at Huntingdon on Sunday.
