$250,000 War Front filly failed by only a nose to make a winning debut over extended mile at Wolverhampton in Ocotber but made no mistake at same venue two weeks ago. Yard in form and looks to hold outstanding chance.
Modestly bred Compton Place gelding who showed only a glimmer of ability on debut at Kempton five weeks ago and is probably going to need more time before catching the judge's eye.
65,000 guineas Lawman gelding was slowly away and behind on debut at Doncaster in April but shaped better when mid-division in Newbury 7f maiden a month later. Not seen since but should win a race or two although up against it here.
100,000 guineas daughter of Declaration of War but finished last in her two maidens to date at Windsor and Newbury. Rested since June, but really needs to turn the corner to have even place prospects here.
Forecasts
Cantiniere (1/10), Singing Sheriff (13/2), Givepeaceachance (25/1), Frank Rogers (28/1), Mochalov (33/1), Black Lace (100/1)
This race looks to be at the mercy of the Godolphin filly CANTINIERE who appears a different class to her rivals on all known form. She won nicely last time at Wolverhampton and can take this on her way to better things next year. Singing Sheriff may prove the best forecast option and is preferred for that place to both Frank Rogers and Givepeaceachance.
