From a yard that are going well currently he shaped quite nicely last time when coming back from a break and ridden more conservatively than the one that beat him. Yet to win a handicap over hurdles but looks capable of doing so off this mark.
Took a while to find his feet in handicaps but belatedly confirmed his promise in this sphere at Market Rasen in April in testing conditions over 4f shorter. Only tried once before at this trip and yet to convince that it suits him ideally.
Proved rather a disappointment since winning over hurdles and fences in 2017 and although he took a step back in the right direction last time his form is still rather chaotic. Now back on his last winning mark with his usual cheekpieces removed.
Previously with Charlie Longsdon he left there to run in point-to-point for his current yard winning two from seven in that sphere (both easily). Now returns under Rules to make his handicap debut and worth a glance in the betting.
Chase winner back in May off a much lower mark and then given a break before reappearing over hurdles off a mark of 107 recently (chase mark is 100). Not disgraced but failed to get competitive and this mark looks stiff enough against some of these.
Four-time hurdles winner in Jersey who hasn't looked out of place in GB hurdles after having his chasing campaign aborted (made little impact). Followed up his Wincanton win with another sound effort last time (under a penalty); sound chance again.
Won a novice hurdle over C&D last autumn and has since endured a rather stop-start career over hurdles and fences (form modest in that sphere). Found a weak race last time when well supported to win off a 3lb lower mark; this looks stronger.
From a top-class yard but has failed to recapture the form that saw her win on her stable debut having previously been successful for her previous yard. Did show a glimmer of hope last time and well handicapped if she can be coaxed back to her best.
Capable gelding who has twice been successful on his GB raids since he went to his current yard in handicap chases off lower marks. Showed that he might be capable of better in this sphere with a sound effort in a Thurles handicap last time.
A ready winner under today's rider off an 8 month break at Perth in the summer for a yard that do well with their GB raiders. Followed that up with a good run but has disappointed twice since in Ireland (fences last time); should handle this mark.
Form has proved modest so far in bumpers and over hurdles with handicaps not bringing any dramatic improvement. Sound enough effort when last seen at Bangor finishing 3rd over this trip which he appeared to have very little problem with.
Wore first-time cheekpieces for his handicap debut where he would have gone closer but for blundering at the last. Had looked capable off his initial mark (96) but now dropped 4lb after two tame efforts; returns from a break minus any headgear.
Yet to win a race but off a lowly mark has proved competitive enough over staying trips but needs to avoid the mistakes he made last time. May find one or two too good but capable of winning a weak race at this level.

Only a 0-110 but a competitive staying handicap hurdle nonetheless with some interesting contenders. Western Wave appeared to shape well last time at Chepstow against a rival who got the run of the race but it’s CAHILL who get the overall vote here having run well against a well-handicapped and progressive sort (has won again since) at Exeter last time. The two Irish raiders Toosey and The Trigger are both worthy of healthy respect and any support should be seen as a positive for that duo. Danseur Du Large returns from victories in point-to-points to make a handicap debut while the very well handicapped Miss Spent would be a danger to all if she found some spark.
