66-1 and a well beaten last on debut. Hood now applied but can only watch.
Second foal. Half-sister to 5f winner Qaaraat. Dam 7f Listed winner Ladyship out of dual 1m Group 1 winning mare Peeress. Top stable in good form and its AW juveniles at 31% strike rate this season. Very interesting newcomer.

Very promising debut effort at Newmarket (7f) in August, but disappointed when Evens fav at Salisbury last time. Drop in trip worth a try, and would have major claims if she can bounce back.

Well held on both starts so far, and likely to make greater appeal when she had a handicap mark to work with.

Made significant improvement when third over C&D last time at 100-1. Has a good draw here and if she can make the most of that, she should be thereabouts.

25-1 and ran with some credit on debut, when beaten less than 4L without ever being a serious threat. With a bit of improvement for that experience, she could be in the mix this time.

Hasn't shown enough so far to suggest that she can take a hand here. May be one to consider when entering nurseries.

First foal. Dam French 7f (Listed) and 1m winner, out of 1m winning half-sister to 1m Group 3 winner Bowman and smart 5f winner Ahtoug. Stable in form, although its AW juveniles are significantly below its average strike rate of 29% this year.

12,000gns yearling. Third foal. Unraced dam closely related to 5f Group 2 winner Bated Breath, half-sister to 1m1f Group 1 winner Cityscape. One to note in the market.

Forecasts

Swift Rose (5/4), Hello Bangkok (2/1), Miss Liberty Belle (5/1), Anna Of Lorraine (8/1), Miss Gargar (22/1), Very Dainty (33/1), West Drive Story (33/1), Pretty Eyes (40/1), Lincoln Spirit (50/1), Alisia R (100/1)

Verdict

Hello Bangkok would have a great chance here if able to return to the form of a really good debut run. However, she blotted her copybook last time and it may therefore pay to side with Sir Michael Stoute's newcomer ANNA OF LORRAINE, given the stable's recent form and it's record with AW two-year-olds. Swift Rose is an obvious potential danger, along with Miss Gargar, who clearly produced a fair bit more than anticipated on her debut.
  1. Anna Of Lorraine
  2. Hello Bangkok
  3. Miss Gargar
