Career-best when winning six-runner novices' hurdle at Tipperary (2m, good) last month. Carries a penalty for that success and has been guilty of racing keenly but still very likely to go close.

Easy winner of 2m4f Kilbeggan maiden hurdle before running close second in Listowel novice in September down to 2m. Should go well again for champion trainer.

Walk In The Park gelding, off the mark last month in Tipperary maiden hurdle over 2m on good ground. This is tougher but going in the right direction.

Won over C&D in a maiden hurdle in September and did so with a bit up his sleeve. This is a tougher assignment on paper. Improving though.

Very impressive when making a winning start to hurdling career at Galway (2m½f, yielding) recently and hard to oppose receiving 7lb from main market rival.

Maiden hurdle winner at Killarney in May on second start, form that will have to be improved on having since left Tony Martin to join this trainer.

Mare racked up a four-timer over hurdles in late summer, continues to run well as in Grade 3 mares' novice at Down Royal over this trip last week, but should again be vulnerable in this field.

Felix Desjy (1/1), Quick Grabim (7/4), Aramon (8/1), Daybreak Boy (16/1), Magnium (20/1), Western Victory (33/1), Choungaya (50/1), Make My Heart Fly (50/1)

Verdict

This is a race Gordon Elliott has won the last two renewals of with subsequent Grade 1 winners Labaik and Mengli Khan and his FELIX DESJY looks the one to be on now. He ran well in bumpers at the Cheltenham and Punchestown Festivals in the spring and made a strong impression when winning on his hurdling bow at Galway. There should be more to come. Quick Grabim can ensure he is kept honest now, though conceding 7lb may ultimately be his undoing. This is no two-horse race and don't be shocked if some of Aramon, Choungaya and Daybreak Boy are still in the mix at the death.
