Despite the small field and intriguing little contest where JOVIAL JOEY is taken to defy his 5lb rise in the weights for his good Market Rasen runner-up slot last time to one who has continued to run well since and won a 0-150 handicap at Aintree last time. The Rose Dobbin yard has yet to really get going this year but they have a nice prospect in Some Reign who impressed on his chasing debut and is unexposed over this trip.
