Daughter of New Approach, sister to AW winner Point If View and a half-sister to three winners. Stable in good form and well capable of readying a newcomer so market support would be notable.
Charm Spirit filly cost 21,000gns as a foal. Likely to appreciate further in time but stable amongst the winners and worth a market check on debut.
Daughter of Lope De Vega whose price rose from 50,000gns as a foal to €85,000 as a yearling. Likely type on debut.
Newcomer by prolific sire Invincible Spirit out of a French 1m3f winner from a very good family. Represents an all-powerful stable who boast a good strike-rate with two-year-olds. Should be ready to fire.
Mastercraftsmen filly who is a half-sister to three winners. Stable have just had one juvenile winner this campaign and best watched on debut.
Daughter of Ifraaj cost 11,000gns as a yearling. Looks a tough ask on her first start for a stable yet to register a two-year-old winner this season.
£52,000 yearling would set the standard of those with a run based on her debut over this C&D. But has been below that the last twice and was very disappointing at Kempton.
Sea The Moon filly has finished tailed-off and yet to beat a rival home in two starts. Remains easy to oppose.
Lawman half-sister to a couple of useful winners who wore these colours. Improved from debut over further at Nottingham and while drop in trip may help, more required again.
Well-bred daughter of Motivator fetched €45,000 as a yearling and looks a likely contender for a leading trainer of juveniles who won a division of this last year. Market should be noted on debut.
No Nay Never filly who cost £50,000 as a yearling. Not disgraced on debut but refused to load on next intended start and subsequently was still green and well beaten at Kempton. Others preferred.
Forecasts
Feliciana De Vega (10/11), Firebird Song (11/4), Suakin (10/1), Shagalla (12/1), Artistic Streak (16/1), Beguiling Charm (16/1), Material Girl (20/1), Kvetuschka (33/1), Lady Navarra (50/1), Seascape (66/1), Yes Can Do (66/1)
The form of Material Girl and Shagalla among others with experience doesn't look strong enough and they should prove vulnerable to smartly-bred newcomers. FIREBIRD SONG and Suakin represent powerful and in-form stables and are both likely to be ready at the first time of asking. Feliciana De Vega, Beguiling Charm and Artistic Streak are others where market support would be significant.
- Firebird Song
- Suakin
- Feliciana De Vega
