Goes well here when in this class of contest, and has won three times over 7f at the track. Does stay this far, and third over C&D in July, but 5lb higher now, so bit more required.
Now 11lb higher than when winning over C&D in July, but has improved again since, winning by a wide margin over 1m at Ayr last time, although that did look quite a weak race.
Has won over C&D when racing on turf, and back to form when second over 7f here in September. Bit disappointing over C&D last time in first-time cheekpieces, and headgear left off now.
Won at Thirsk in May, and well treated on that form, but below form on all four starts here, and ran badly behind Little Jo over C&D last time.
Promise in qualifying runs without them getting to the bottom of her, and much better than the bare result when seventh of 17 to Silca Mistress in handicap at Leicester last time. Type to improve markedly, and respected.
Hinted at a return to form at Ripon on her penultimate start, but failed to confirm that notion last time, and hard to warm to on the balance of this year's modest efforts.
Runner-up a couple of times over C&D, but arguably better at shorter, and while he's not been disgraced on recent outings, he tends to compromise his chance with slow starts, and is a risky proposition.
Soundly beaten on all starts this year, and while he got a bit closer at Pontefract last time, he's far from certain to build on that now.
In the frame twice at Thirsk in the summer, and becoming well treated, but worrying that he was beaten so far on his return from a break over 7f here last time, adding to a poor course record (0-10 here, including turf).
Often in the frame without winning, including on only start here; again ran well when second to subsequent winner Red Charmer in a seller at Musselburgh last time. Handicapper has given her every chance, with a 2lb drop since last handicap start.
Hasn't progressed since a fair debut at Chester in September, and while he may do better now handicapping, his opening mark demands significant improvement.
Badly out of form on the Flat when last seen, and has run badly in two outings over hurdles more recently. Visor tried now, but makes no appeal whatsoever.
Well held on all three starts to date, although fared marginally better on handicap debut at Ayr last time. Plenty more required now.

ROSEMAY won't get many better chances to shed her maiden status, and has run well here on her previous try. The handicapper has been kind considering she chased home a subsequent winner last time, and she is marginally preferred to the unexposed Gilden Heaven, who had little go right on handicap debut last time. Gun Case is a reliable sort when racing in this grade and can gain another placing at this venue.
