Kodiac colt who cost £48,000 this year and made a highly promising debut at Nottingham, running on well over this trip following problems early on. Should only improve and rates a leading hope.
Cost £92,000 as a yearling and although failing to improve on his second start following a promising debut, that was still in a valuable Novice contest and sets the standard. Can go close again.
Already gelded son of Dandy Man out of a once raced Marju mare. Cost E21,000 as a yearling and probably best watched on debut.
Son of Havana Gold who cost 190,000gns as a yearling. Slowly away and raced as though he'd benefit for the experience on debut. Trainer's runners tend to improve but he'd need to find plenty to win.
Cost $500,000 as a yearling and looked one to follow when green and getting going late at Yarmouth on debut. Should benefit significantly for the run with the way he hit the line and be a contender.
Kyllachy colt fetched 40,000gns as a foal and 68,000gns as a yearling. Very disappointing effort following a promising debut and needs to bounce back and find more.
Went unsold at 9,000gns as a yearling and bred to need further in time. Gelded and a stiff task on debut.

Some promising juveniles do battle in a race that could produce a smart performance. Angel Alexander sets the standard but he'll need to progress now against a couple of useful looking types. There was a lot to like about the debut of Aluqair and he'll be a danger for such an in-form stable. Representing a leading trainer whose runners only improve with experience, MUBAKKER certainly caught the eye on his first start, accelerating well late after proving too green early on. Mawakib is also only likely to improve.
