Debut winner (6f, good) in July and showed much improvement to be second in the Group 3 Acomb at York (7f, good to firm) next time. Couldn't reproduce that in the Solario at Sandown latest, when something seemed amiss. Claims if he can bounce back.
Has started a huge odds in both recent runs at Kempton (6f, AW) and showed some improvement on the latter. However, very much one to watch in this line-up.
Another to have started at big prices in both racecourse visits and well beaten each time. Can only watch.
Improved on his Nottingham debut when, after being gelded, he finished a 4½L second in a Newmarket novice event (6f, good to firm) that is working out well. More needed, but not ruled out here if he can find it.
Was sent off at 40-1 in a decent novice event at Newmarket in June. Failed to sparkle there when last of nine. Can improve on that, but one to watch this time.
Not devoid of promise on debut, but better was clearly anticipated last time when upped to 7f at Redcar and made favourite. Beaten 5½L there and reverts to this trip with a bit to prove.
Better effort on her Kempton debut (5f, AW) in May than when seen at Thirsk later that month. Has been given time and also a step up in trip here, which should suit. Even so, she probably has each-way claims at best.

Forecasts
Watan (8/11), Dazzling Dan (9/4), Stylish Motion (6/1), Hero Hero (7/1), Angel Dundee (20/1), My Excelsa (25/1), Lorcan (33/1), Atty's Edge (100/1), Another Reason (100/1)
Dazzling Dan looks a serious player here after a decent effort on his second start in a race that has worked out well. A win would certainly be no surprise, but even though he concedes 6lb to Pam Sly's gelding, WATAN has the strongest form and is taken to bounce back after disappointing at Sandown last time. Richard Hannnon's colt ran as if something was not quite right there, so we have to take it on trust that he is over whatever that was, now returning to the track. Hero Hero is a very interesting newcomer, while Stylish Motion and My Excelsa are not written off.
