Pedigree contains some smart relations including bumper winner Acey Milan and her debut showed that she could win in this sphere. Duly built on that debut 4th with a Southwell win (given soft lead); this will prove tougher under a penalty.

Newcomer from a top yard (cost €50,000 as a three-year-old) with a strong pedigree on the distaff side. Stable 5/14 in bumpers this year (36%) and she's likely to know her job on her debut; worth noting in the market.

Lived up to her useful pedigree on debut when putting up a promising first effort at Taunton in April. Bumped into an 8L winner but had the rest well beaten and looked as though the experience would bring her on; open to progress (hood retained).
Runner-up in a mares' maiden Irish point-to-point on testing ground she will find this a much quicker test on her Rules debut. Her dam was unraced but she is related to a couple of useful chasers; yard capable of having bumper winners.

Formerly with George Bewley she makes her debut for this yard having shown very little in two outings so far. Stable not known for their bumper winners/runners and best left alone in this contest.
Trainer in good form at the moment and more than capable in this discipline. Cheap purchase as a three-year-old (€2,500) but won an Irish point-to-point on her only outing so far and looks one to watch in the market on her Rules debut.

Half sister to the useful hurdler Spider's Bite (runs earlier here) she gained a victory in Irish point-to-points at the second attempt by 30L. Value of that form is hard to gauge but she hails from a yard that is having a very good Flat season.

Built on her debut promise when third at Stratford but took a backward step when never threatening at Wincanton when last seen. Realistically that run came over a trip that was too sharp on ground that was too quick; needs a stamina test.
Yard know the pedigree of this one well (trained her close relation Holly Bush Henry) and she's bred for a stamina test and therefore did well to make the frame on debut. Likely to find this test too sharp but has a future over further.

Modest in Irish point-to-points (only completed once in three starts) her bumper form is considerably better having joined a good yard for this sphere. Has come from poor positions on both outings and will be a danger to all in a well-run race.

Second runner in the race for this trainer but the more fancied judged on the riding arrangements. Unfancied on her debut she was green during the race but still finished off well to take 2nd to a better fancied stablemate; open to more progress.

Both starts in bumpers in the spring showed that she had ability although she still looked as though she was far from the finished article. Displayed a few quirks last time at Kelso; comes from a good yard (still to have a bumper winner this season).

Verdict

None of the previously successful stables in this race have a runner this year but there are some interesting contenders nonetheless. Tashunka looks to hold the whip hand on form although the suspicion remains that she needs a strongly run race to be seen to best advantage. Of the others to have run both Teme Spirit and Briery Express have put up good displays which if repeated will see them go close. Sweet Adare will do well to overcome her penalty and there are some interesting newcomers to deal with including Aggy With It and Madam Cloud. LEGENDS GOLD is another debutante from a yard that are going well and despite her modest point form she’s taken to make a winning debut.
  1. Legends Gold
  2. Tashunka
  3. Madam Cloud
