Perhaps a shade unlucky to still be a maiden but disappointed when favourite last time out at Uttoxeter. Drops back in trip and others make more appeal.
Shaped with plenty of promise in a pair of bumpers and came on for his Aintree reappearance with a smart effort at Chepstow when last seen. Has another sizable absence to overcome here but yard are in form and can't be ruled out.
Won a French bumper but showed nothing in two starts for Philip Hobbs and opposable on debut for a new yard here.
Looked like a nice prospect at the start of last season but lost his way a little on his last couple of starts. Has had wind surgery since and makes seasonal reappearance here.
Useful on the Flat (achieved an official rating of 83) but never raced over further than 1m2½f. Shouldn't be far away if he does stay this far (sire stayed 2m) and market may reveal expectations.
Looked promising in a couple of bumper starts but hasn't really built on that in two hurdles starts to date. Needs to improve.
Point-to-point winner who was impressive on Rules debut in a bumper. Yard in form in recent weeks and must have solid claims if ready to go on return.
Well beaten in each of his six starts over hurdles and hard to make a case for on seasonal return debuting for a new yard.
Runner-up in a point-to-point and went one better on Rules debut at Uttoxeter in a bumper, eased down towards the finish. Makes his seasonal return here and can't be ruled out.
Plenty of promise in a trio of bumpers for his previous yard and only found one too good on yard debut at Huntingdon. Second again at Bangor last time on first run over hurdles but this is more competitive. Place claims.
Useful on the Flat for Hugo Palmer but tailed off in two starts over hurdles for his current yard and best watched at present.
Won a bumper at Huntingdon and the form of that race is working out with the runner-up and fourth both winning since. Well bred and should progress here.
Won a maiden (Flat) on final start for Ger Lyons but showed very little in four starts for Archie Watson. Tough race to make a NH debut in and probably best watched this time around.
Forecasts
Sebastopol (15/8), Seven De Baune (7/2), Bang On Frankie (5/1), Thomas Darby (11/2), Some Day Soon (10/1), Elixir De Nutz (14/1), Amoola Gold (20/1), Lunar Jet (33/1), World War (40/1), Falcon Sun (50/1), Tamayef (100/1), Primal Focus (100/1), Secret Melody (150/1)
The form of THOMAS DARBY's bumper run is working out well and he looks like an exciting prospect for Olly Murphy. Seven De Baune was impressive last time out and has claims while Sebastopol is an obvious danger if ready on his seasonal return here.
