Has shown little in two runs and while it's still early days for one from a top yard, better is expected when handicapping after this.

Related to several winners and shaped with promise on belated debut over 1m on soft ground at Pontefract though the runner up that day has done nothing for the form in two runs since.

Nasee53

Well backed on belated comeback last month, was well beaten but found to have been coughing and lost a shoe so that can be forgiven. Evidently thought capable of better and has scope for improvement.

The most exposed of these but his Nottingham second last time is the best piece of form on offer and the winner has franked the form by following up since. That improved effort was on the back of a wind operation so may have more to come.

Bought for £18,000 a year ago but has taken a while to get to the track. Related to winners at various trips.

Should come on for recent effort off the back of a five month absence. Still lightly raced and could have more to offer but does need to improve.

Trade Mission27
Age: 3|  Weight: 9-0| J: Josephine Gordon| T: H Palmer
16/1
Left debut form behind when showing more at Kempton a month ago. Well beaten by the two market leaders on that occasion but capable of better and looks sure to figure.

Forecasts

Matterhorn (4/5), Soldiers Bay (3/1), Nasee (5/1), Dream Desert (10/1), Kasayid (16/1), Trade Mission (16/1), Yimou (66/1)

Verdict

SOLDIERS BAY came up against an improving filly at Nottingham and can deservedly get off the mark back in maiden company. TRADE MISSION took a step forward on second run and can improve again while NASEE can have latest run ignored and completes the short list.
  1. Soldiers Bay
  2. Trade Mission
  3. Nasee
