Pulled up in his bid for a four-timer at the Grand National meeting but has to be of interest back in calmer waters here on his debut over fences. Likely to be hard to catch from the front.

Made two starts over fences at the back-end of last season both in Graded company and acquitted himself well. Stands him in good stead here and should be the type to do better.

Smart hurdler having won off 135 at Haydock back in February. Every chance of further progress over fences and another with a fair shout of running well.

Second on his final start over hurdles in the Grade 1 Champion Novice Hurdle at Punchestown. Bred top be a better chaser and is interesting on return from a summer break.

Winner of one start from seven over hurdles which came in a novice contest. Capable of improvement but has plenty to find with a few of these.

Jester Jet161
Age: 8|  Weight: 10-10| J: R T Dunne| T: T Lacey| OR:  99| D

Made good progress over hurdles last year with her last win coming at Aintree off 133. Doesn't have a great deal to find now going chasing and jumping is her strong suit.,

Forecasts

Vision Des Flos (1/1), No Comment (11/2), Tommy Rapper (7/1), Bags Groove (8/1), Jester Jet (8/1), Dream Berry (12/1), Coole Cody (14/1), Prime Venture (16/1), Angels Antics (25/1)

Verdict

A fascinating contest with several of these likely to make up into very good chasers. Slight preference is for VISION DES FLOS who's yard have made a good start to the new season and he has always been earmarked as a chaser. Tommy rapper, Dream Berry and No Comment could all make up into decent chasers and make up the dangers.
  1. Vision Des Flos
  2. Tommy Rapper
  3. Dream Berry
