Nice win at Sandown brought his turf record to three wins from eight. Only had three runs this year so has more to offer but needs a career-best to win off this mark and is better at the minimum trip. Declared Nottingham on Wednesday.
Overcame greenness when powering home over this C&D on just his second start in May. Well backed on reappearance but was slowly away and hung late. This extra half furlong with the run behind him should be ideal.
Only 1lb higher than latest success at Newmarket and run well at Ascot in a higher grade when impeded late. Could be involved back down in class but has always been far more effective at 5f.
Plenty of promise in three starts in Novice company this summer while finding the 5f a touch sharp at Leicester. This distance could prove ideal on handicap debut and looks a leading contender.
Back-to-back wins at Wolverhampton and Sandown and although running well enough at Leicester, she looked in the grip of the handicapper at Goodwood. Could bounce back but more needed now.
Had been a hard horse to win with until rattling off a hat-trick over 6f here. 4lb rise unlikely to be an issue but different trip to contend with and would prefer drying ground. Hard to dismiss though in this form.
Has failed to justify a £170,000 price tag but opened her account at Wolverhampton in December and won again at Chelmsford in February. Not fired in three runs since a break and others preferred.
Goes well here and latest win came over this C&D. Remains 5lb higher and was disappointing at Beverley. Others better handicapped.
Won over this C&D two starts back and remains on a feasible rating at 5lb lower than highest career winning mark. Hard to know what went wrong last time when stopping quickly and that remains a worry.
On a long losing run and tends to reserve her best for Bath, however did seem to be running into form at Nottingham on her fourth start since wind surgery. Holds claims on first visit here. Declared at Bath on Wednesday.
On a competitive mark as he showed with a good second on firm ground over this C&D. Can be competitive again but would prefer the surface to be lightning quick

Plenty of C&D form on offer which is often the key here. SOUMEI has only had three runs and should fare better for his return to action, he has a nice turn of foot and is worth keeping on the right side of. Likewise Oneovdem also makes his handicap debut and this trip could prove ideal at this early stage of his career. Arcanista is flying at present and although she's down half a furlong, her form at the track is strong. The going may be against Archimedes but he can't be dismissed along with Belledesert if she takes her chance.
- Soumei
- Oneovdem
