Has been in good form this summer over both hurdles and fences but there's just a few signs the handicapper has caught up with him on his two most recent starts. Fast ground in his favour but may find life tough off this mark.
Has won five of his last eight starts and bolted up by 19L at Sedgefield last time. 11lb rise in the weights may not be enough to stop him again here and there's a chance he will come on for that run. Exciting prospect.
Hasn't won since winning at Aintree in the summer of 2017. Feasibly handicapped if returning to that level of form and his run at Perth last time out was a promising enough effort.
Won twice over fences at the start of the year but not as good on his next two starts on quicker ground. Could be more to come this season and market likely to reveal whether he's ready to go on return here.
Has been inconsistent this summer and he was tailed off last time out at Kelso. Tends to struggle off this sort of handicap mark these days and others preferred.
Has made a promising start to life over fences for this yard and gained a narrow success at Uttoxeter last time out. 6lb rise for that fair and he goes on this ground so can't be ruled out.
OAK VINTAGE could hardly have been more impressive last time and despite an 11lb rise, the handicapper may have underestimated him. Omega Springs is respected after gained a first win over fences last time and he's shown improved form for this yard. Theflyingportrait is on a workable mark if he brings his best form in to this.
