Gained second win of season at Hamilton (5f) in June, but well beaten on next two starts in nurseries. Fared a little better at Wolverhampton last time, but needs much more here.
Best efforts have come at Newmarket, and seemed to excel himself when seventh of 28 to Lorton in valuable sales race there last time. Must prove that was no fluke.
Not gone on since promising debut, including when heavily backed for nursery bow at Wolverhampton, weakening rather tamely. Blinkers tried now, and clearly thought capable of better.
Won a moderate AW maiden in July, and has been well held in both starts in nurseries, suggesting handicapper has overrated that form. Dropped 4lb since last run, but not easy to fancy.
Best effort when fourth of 6 to Cape Islay in maiden at Epsom in August, and although below that level last time, is expected to do better now handicapping. Market useful.
Ran well when second in novice at Chelmsford in July, but hasn't built on that since, with his latest effort a poor one. Visor reached for now.
Has run to a similarly modest level on all three starts, weakening to finish last of four at Leicester (1m) on latest. Not an obvious improver for switch to handicaps, but shorter trip will suit.
Had looked moderate in qualifying runs, but improved when head second of 14 to Fighting Spirit on nursery debut over 7f at Newcastle last time. Every chance if translating that progress back to turf.
Bred to stay at least 1m, and best run so far when mid-field in a 7f maiden at Newmarket last time. Plenty more needed here, but unexposed at the trip, and should have improvement in him.
No solid form to date, including in a nursery, his second place at Brighton in August seeing him beaten a whopping 16L in a race where the favourite was pulled up injured.

Forecasts
Pageant Master (10/3), Anandita (7/2), In The Cove (5/1), Hypnos (6/1), Diviner (13/2), Strawberry Jack (7/1), Shining Armor (15/2), Antiguan Duchess (12/1), Jungle Juice (14/1), Hatha (14/1), Picture Poet (22/1), Highway Robbery (33/1)
PAGEANT MASTER and Andanita both showed improved form in AW nurseries last time, and they look the pair to focus on, for all that is complicated by the fact they have no turf form to speak of. Hypnos is open to progress in this sphere, and is the most interesting of the handicap debutants.
- Pageant Master
- Anandita
