C&D winner here of this contest 12-months ago off a 7lb lower mark. Tough ask but has gone well fresh and has four place positions and two win from eight starts on heavy ground.
Pick of her French form makes her competitive but her three handicap runs since July have been poor. Likely to be better handicapped sorts lurking here.
Winner of a Carlisle 1m6f handicap in August off a 4lb lower mark. Has placed on the ground and hold strong place claims here.
Winner of a 10f Navan maiden in June. Running well in defeat since and appears to be on a lenient mark for this step up in trip.
Most impressive winner of a Ballinrobe hurdle when last seen (Bargy Lady second) before finishing sixth of 20 beaten 27L behind another future winner, Low Sun at the Galway festival in August. May need the run here.
C&D winner here last month in a maiden on good to firm ground. Just 2lb higher than last handicap mark and has conditions to suit here.
Beaten on the AW at Dundalk latest but has ben solid and consistent on turf over the summer. Yet to experience this ground but can't be completely ruled out in first-time cheekpieces.
Beaten favourite for a Sligo novice hurdle in August. Last seen on the Flat 12-months ago in a Listowel handicap over 1m4f when second of 20. No worries on the ground and holds place claims.
Not seen on the Flat for over two years and the solid 131-rated handicap hurdler could be well treated off this mark.
Largely consistent in a number of starts since May. Racing 4lb higher than last winning mark. Ran well last month at Down Royal and worth a check in the betting.
Winner of a Roscommon 1m2½f maiden last month beaten 12 rivals a head. Open to plenty of improvement following a 6¾L defeat at Listowel last month.
Was a fair Flat horse when trained by David Brown but hasn't quite made the same impression over hurdles when last seen over 18-months ago. Others preferred.
Not disgraced in 14 starts on the Flat and will no doubt run well once again but may be prone to one or two better handicapped sorts here.
Winner of three of his 33 Flat starts on turf but it cannot be ignored that he is now racing 20lb lower than his last winning mark. Plenty more needed in this group.
Likely to have disappointed influential owners in four dismal displays to date including on return to action at Gowran Park last month.
Winning hurdler who has had 20 starts attempting to win on the flat without success. Form doesn't warrant support here.
Shamardal colt whose dam was 7f/1m winner and half-sister to very smart winner up to 1m2½f Casual Conquest. Disappointing in three career starts to date.
First Reserve: 12-race maiden on the Flat with best performance of late coming in July at Bellewstown over 1m4f when third of 16. Plenty more needed in this group.
